At the moment running a back-up in DotCMS means you create a back-up of all websites in the current DotCMS instance.

It would be nice to have an option so that the user can select the site to back-up and then DotCMS only creates a back-up for that site and doesn't include the other sites in the back-up. This would simplify the 'syncing' of data between different DotCMS instances (development, test, production).
Also it would make it easier to move sites to different servers when needed, without moving all the sites in a DotCMS instance.
