Comment structure not working cause permission Issues

Problem in the permission added to a comment and the ones that are used to determine if an user could save a comment, we should use the comment structure permissions, no the permission of the contentlet that we are commenting, cause we shouldn't have write or publish permission in a page to comment on it.

Also in the last lines of the code, we try to save and publish the contentlet that we are commenting not the comment itself that should be the correct logic.
