On goddard, please search for 'AQUENT - Resource Item' with language filter set to 'All'. Please check out 'Test Resource Item' with identity
200897 - it displays '&nbps;' instead of the flag image in the search results.
This resource content also doesn't show up on the website where it needs to be. When I open it and click 'Save and Publish' , it creates a new item as 'English - Global'
