I have a locked role - "Content Contributor" that has view, edit but not publish HTMLPages on "all hosts". See attached screen shot.
I then have a user called contributor joe, who has this role and also has view access to host - hospital1.dotcms.org
I have "cascaded" my changes from the "content contributor" as a locked role, but my permissions still do not show up on hospital1.dotcms.org. No errors in the logs.

Screenshot 2 is from the host permissions, which should include the locked "Content Contributor" role.
Also attached is the db where you can see the issue. N
