Edit a piece of content and click on Save and Assign as User 1
The content will have one live and one working version.
Assign to User 2.
Login as User 2 and click on the workflow task and click content title to Edit the content. Click on Save, this takes you back to workflow.
From the workflow task again click on the Publish Globe (world icon).
instead of publishing the content it takes you to save on the task
Tries to save a workflow task instead of publishing the contentlet
User had publish rights to content and structures on system host that and I had cascaded on system host before I tried to follow these steps. I did not get same behavior that Maria got on EE edition in linked task but we still have a bug here that needs to be flushed out.

I did not get the same behavior as Maru's original issue on EE, but I did get different behavior which I reported on this issue. I will be closing out the other. Assigning to you to have a programmer take a look.
