We need to update the reindexing process to survive a server restart. This is going to become critical when we get into larger projects with huge amounts of content.

Again, I think we need to leverage the reindexation table, add a column to it to indicate the index number to use and have a thread that runs in the backround that will contantly poll the table and reindex what it finds there.
